1. Subscription Cancellation

· Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by providing a written request via email to hello@fortunaindia.com . Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days.

· Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your annual subscription with at least 30 days' prior notice. The subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be provided for early termination unless otherwise agreed in writing.

· Device-Based Contracts or Bundled Plans: If you have purchased a bundled plan including hardware (biometric devices), cancellation terms may be governed by your specific agreement or contract. Please refer to your service agreement or contact support for more details.

2. Refund Eligibility

We follow a no-refund policy in general for paid subscriptions, except under the following circumstances:

· Duplicate Charges: If you are mistakenly charged multiple times for the same service, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction(s).

· Technical Issues: If the Service fails to function due to technical faults directly attributable to us and we are unable to resolve the issue within 15 business days, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to management approval.

· Service Not Delivered: In case of failure to deliver the agreed-upon service (excluding circumstances beyond our control), a refund may be initiated after evaluation.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

· Setup or installation charges

· Fees paid for training or consultation

· Device costs (unless covered under a separate return policy)

· Services already availed or consumed

· Custom integrations or software development services
